Nice job, Cap'n. According to legend, the young lady who wrote the song went to Carrol Shelby's shop to buy a Cobra. Shelby initially was concerned that a petite lady could safely handle a Cobra. She had cash in hand, earned from royalties from writing the song. Shelby said if the song hits the top 10, he'd give her one. It did and he did. Al R.
